merzproject, a studio of Shepley Bulfinch, was chosen by the jury of Dream Home Awards as the winning firm in the 2010 competition for their After Hours project in the Mix- Use Category.

After HoursThe Dream Home Awards are presented to those companies and individuals who assist in creating Americas Dream Homes and set new standards in excellence in the Nation’s Building industry. merzproject received the award for After Hours, a ground-breaking mix use infill project in the central corridor of downtown Phoenix, AZ, which set an example of urban friendly architecture to combine office space, art gallery, and living quarters under one roof.
